Hi I'm Twenty Seven Years Old Have Had Sores Piping

Hi I'm twenty seven years old have had sores piping up like shingles in my pelvic region n on arms n legs n hands my joints re sore n the sores are red n have puss in them son heal but some more pop up this has been going on for n week maybe couple days longer and yesterday my nose started swelling on both sides n my left side is swollen now but my cheek bone is more so n my limp noids re swollen n now my jaw is sore what should I do?
