Hi I'm Very Worried Just Found My Prednisone 5mg Tabs

Hi I'm very worried just found my prednisone 5mg tabs on the floor in my bathroom and I think my 1 year old got hold of it with help from my 3 year old! Not sure if any tabs were swallowed but they were definitely in one of the babys mouths as they are all soft and wet, what should I do? What are the side effects i should be looking out for? Please help!
