Hi I'm Wanting To Know If You Could Possibly Tell

Hi I'm wanting to know if you could possibly tell me ....I missed a period for a month and half now and my stomach was kind of cramping like I was going to start my period at first but it never happened and I told my partner about it and then we wind up having sex then we both notice I was bleeding like I was just now bout to start my period then the next day it stopped ..so we had sex two more times after that and the same issues started to happen again .is there any advice ..think I mite be pregnant?? Or could it be something else ?
