Hi, I'm Worried About The Swollen Area On My Penis.

Hi, I'm worried about the swollen area on my penis. It's at the very tip and it looks like lips. the tip only gets irritated sometimes in certain clothing and after I masturbate. the tip is always red a puffy looking and even more so when I ejaculate. Is there a way to get rid of the swelling so it looks like a normal head of a penis again?
