Hi I'm Writing From Sweden So Excuse Me For Maybe

Hi I'm writing from Sweden so excuse me for maybe bad writing.
In 2006 I had a spinal fusion. Except regular pain now and then I have not had any problems or complications.
But recently I've gotten this strange painful burning feeling right next to my spine in the upper area.
My boyfriend and sister looked at my back and that is when they noticed a big lump . It is hard like bone.
And it has never been there before .
I went to the emergency room and after the doctor had felt on it and counted my screws he was almost aure it was a screw that was being loose in there.
I did an x-Ray but no screw was loose. Nothing looked strange.
The doctor told me I need to see another doctor so I can do a magnetic x-Ray.
So my question to you.
What do you think it is?
