Hi In January I Had 8cavities Filled My Teeth Hurt

Hi In January I had 8cavities filled my teeth hurt like crazy for a long time and they still do hurt some but back in February my mouth started burning/painin the front/bottom and to the left my tongue also feels swollen at times and a little swollen only on left side. I have seen an ENT twice now he thought maybe thrush so he gave me two rounds of miracle mouthwash it did not help then he cleans out the gland under my tongue said if this doesn’t work it might be BMS so I called him a because I was not better and he prescribed me musinex DM I have been on it for 4 days now and I am still in pain. Please help I have been in pain for 6 months now
