Hi,
In my Chest Xray it say fibronodular changes and mild pleural thickening are noted at the right upper zone.They remain similar to that in previous chest xray dated 4/1/18
Evidence of TB?- present
The findings are suggestive of previous inflammations.Both TB and non-TB causes are possible
Are there strong suspicions of active TB? NO
Apical pleural capping with a smooth inerior border (<1cm,thick at all points) (2.1) YES
Apical fibronodular/fibrocalcific lesions or apical micro-calcifications (4.1) YES
Pls help me what is that mean.Thank u.
