Hi ,In The Begining 4years Ago I Had Doctor See

Hi ,In the begining 4years ago I had Doctor see my skin and went to dermatologist which told It was a precancerous cell on my nose and she froze it and few other areas , my nose was one area ,and The other areas I wasnt aware of. I been staying out of the sun but Saturday I took my grand-kids tpo the pool and yes I put lots of block .Starting the next day my nose had started itching and area above my left eye .(the area above my eye,has started to drain clear ?)and I thought it was a bite? but today I'm not sure? Looked skin up on webMD and I am in fear .? Can the sun trigger precancer sells to start up ?itching and worse?I do not have a credit card and I don't know how to pay for this ?
