Hi. In The Past Weeks I Have Had 4 Dizzy

Hi. In the past weeks I have had 4 dizzy episodes. The latest being this past Monday which lasted ten minutes or so with sweating and nausea. Since then I had one this morning lasting but a few seconds. No sweating. My stomach is uncomfortable and has stayed that way. I have Cervical Stenosis and wondering if it has anything to do with the dizziness? No pain or chest tightness involved in either case. I am 74 years of age and active.
I have lost muscle mass in the last year and 10 pounds of weight. My wife took my blood pressure after Mondays spell. It was 117 over 60. I have severe itching in the upper body and so far no doctor gan find a reason. Would Cervical Stenosis be a cause for the itching as well? Thank you
