Hi. In The Recent Past (Around 4-6 Months Ago) I

Hi. In the recent past (Around 4-6 months ago) I was given fillings to prevent cavities from reaching my dentin and to stop them early on. A few days ago the filling fell out and I'm not sure why. I've been following proper dental hygiene brushing twice a day and flossing daily and I was wondering if my tooth was healing itself if that is possible or if it is getting worst.
