Hi, Is It Safe To Drink Alcohol (wine) When Taking

Hi, Is it safe to drink alcohol (wine) when taking tranexamic Acid and Norethisterone? Also can either of these drugs cause night sweats? I am taking them for extended menstrual bleeding. Keep waking up with night clothes and bedding soaked, not very pleasant.
