Hi. It will be very nice of to guide me related to my gum periodontal/ lichenplanus problem since done & half year. I used cortisone on a dentist advise and the outcome was inflamed & the mounts gums turned as yellow.

Gums & palat r swelling redish in flamed. Can't eat chilli. Joining part between teeths & gums r red. Pls. Advise.
