Hi, Ithis Seems To Be Seasonal Or Allergies I Don't

Hi, Ithis seems to be seasonal or allergies I don't know but I will get these bumps and sometimes cluster of little bumps with a clear sticky fluid in them. The first time I popped them it went from my foot to my hands and once in a while I will find them on my hands to. Help please !
