Hi. Its Been 4 Months After C-section And Sterilisation. This

Hi. Its been 4 months after c-section and sterilisation. This is my 3rd c-section. Everytime I sleep on my belly/stomach I feel pain and I cant turn immediately. I have to wait for a few seconds or I get pains. What surprises me is my last 2 c-sections I never experienced anything like this. After 6 weeks I was fine. What is de cause of this? Am worried.
