Hi, It's Been 49 Days Since My LMP. I Took

Hi, It's been 49 days since my LMP. I took several PTs but it's always negative. I also went to my OB and she had me TVS when I was 12 days late. Everything was normal and she advised me to take duphaston 2x a day for 3 days. She told me to expect my period in 2 weeks after the last pill. Today is my 4th day since my last pill and AF still no show. I have nauseas and breast soreness for a week now. I also had a blood test 2 days after my last pill and it's a negative. Am I pregnant? Is it too early for me to test? I am so worried right now. All the tests are negative yet I feel pregnant. What should I do? Help!! THanks!
