Hi. Its Been More Than A Month Than I Feel

Hi. Its been more than a month than i feel the urge to go to the bathroom very often during the day.i cant take it i have to go immediatly right away i f feel the urge.i stay a lot sit in the toilet but i dont poop always.i dont have diarrea or consipation it only the urge to poop that makes me worry about
