Hi, It's Felt Like I Have Hard Phlym Stuck In

Hi, It's felt like I have hard phlym stuck in my throat. I try to cough it out but nothing has worked. It is very annoying. I feel like I keep swallowing in hopes of just swallowing it but it don't help. I don't have a cold or a cough and my throat isn't sore. What can this be and how can I get rid of it?
