Hi, I’ve Had A Headache For Two Days From My

Hi, I’ve Had a headache for two days from my left side above my eye all the way down my neck and tingling and some numbness down my neck shoulder and arm. II’ve had the tingling before and have had my PT give me exercises. Not working well this time. Is this connected to the headache because it’s very severe. Also feels like it to be in my sinus on the same left side.
