Hi, I've A Kind Of Burning Sensation In The Anal

Hi,
I've a kind of burning sensation in the anal region while sitting and a itching or nail pricking like feeling while walking. Three/four times I have experienced bleeding also. Some doctor's said it is because of internal piles and some said it is because of anal fissure. I've used a lot of anti-haemorrhoidal medicine including Dociproct plus. I've this feeling for the last three years with more or less severitiy. But, last two weeks it is severe. What is the good solution for this?
