Hi , I've Been Diagnosed With Under Active Thyroid And

Hi , I've been diagnosed with under active thyroid and was put on eltroxin over a month ago. I was only taking then two days and my period came back , then I got three weeks and it came back and i thought it was gone the other day but it seems as though it's come back again , what can I do ?
