Hi, I've Been Experiencing Excruciating Pains In My Head/ Neck

Hi, I've been experiencing excruciating pains in my head/ neck over the last week. i was in the hospital last week and they treated it like a migraine and sent me home. I feel differently about it being a migraine though(very ignorant doctors).. my head is pulsating and i can't turn my head side to side due to my muscles in my neck/shoulders . I haven't been able to turn my head all week. the throbbing in my head comes and goes. ..just before it come on strong though, I've noticed theres been a "cracking" sensation in the back of my neck(almost like a combination of cracking your knuckles and your ears popping). I've never felt anything quite like this in my life.. please any help would be great
