Hi
I've been experiencing fatigue, bowel changes, sore throat, weird feeling in my upper legs, and nausea the last week and a half. I started working out at Curves a month ago and cut out breads, rice, potatoes, junk food, and alcohol at the same time. I feel that with improving my eating habots and exercising I shouldn't be this tired or have these type of symptoms. It is interfering with my career and I'm extremely frustrated. Any ideas what may be going on?
