Hi, I've Been Feeling A Lump In My Neck Under

Hi, I've been feeling a lump in my neck under my jaw, right side. I visited a ENT dr. and he checked my throat with an scope through my nose. Then he mentioned that I have silent reflux and he gave me a very restricted diet to fllow for a month. I've been following the diet but no improvement. Pain goes towards my ears, and behind my eyes. Last 2 weeks ago I got a big bump on my hard palate in my mouth which was coincident with starting my period. I read on internet that this is normal. The lump opened to a big canker sores and it healed with in 5 days. Now I'm getting another lump in the other side which is painful and pain goes from my plate into my nose and back of my eye. I also think that I have sinus infection as every morning I wake up with congested nose and dain in my mouth. Not sure if they are related. Would like to get your opinion.
