Hi, I've Been Feeling Lightheaded/dizzy For About A Week Now,

Hi, I've been feeling lightheaded/dizzy for about a week now, it's not severe (I can drive etc) but it has been contact. Have had it in the past but never for this long. Had bloodwork done and only showed slightly anemic (11.8 was the result, min should be 12). I have to mention that I was hypoglicemic many years ago and have dizziness episodes around my period, but maybe about twice a year and they last a few seconds. I also started seeing a chiropractor for tension pain in my neck I have dealt with for a while. Dizziness and tension started a week after I recovered for a bad bronchitis. Any ideas?
