Hi I've Been Feeling Weird Movement Under My Left And

Hi I've been feeling weird movement under my left and right rib cage. I'm not sure what it is or could be. I have went to the doctor a month ago due to constipation. At the time I didn't have abdominal pain but for about 3 days I been feeling sharp pains all over that comes and goes, here and there I would pass gas and it would be a relieve.
I'm for sure I'm not pregnant I've been getting my period every month around the same time like normal.

Please help me understand what it could be.
