Hi I've Been Getting Pain In My Upper Tummu On

Hi I've been getting pain in my upper tummu on and off for a while it feels like I've got some one sat on my tummy it's tender and painful , and it hurts in my back and around my ribs on the side. I have been for a scan for gull stones scan all clear, but dispute that still no something is wrong docs said gastritis or Gerd still in pain worried it might be stomachs cancer or something help thanks
