Hi I've Been Going Through The Menapause For 4 Yrs

Hi I've been going through the menapause for 4 yrs periods have stopped last yr I started bleeding and was told I had a fibroid but checked and it wasn't cancerous.but I've had for the last six months a bad smell to my urine.and two water tests that came back fine but where the fibroid is I can feel it flare up and very painful can this cause my urine to smell
