Hi I've Been Having A Little Bit Of A Head

Hi I've been having a little bit of a head ache in the front left part of my head. And as I was taking a showing I blew my nose and I felt a pop right in that same place and a tiny bit of pain. Then out of my left nostril some blood came out. Not a lot just some with some mucus. And now there's none. But in that same place there is still a slight pain. Not too worried about it as my grand father has sinus problems. I would just like some confirmation that it's nothing to worry about.
