Hi I've Been Having A Lot Of Pain Right Under

Hi I've been having a lot of pain right under my right breast like my rib cage only on the right side I feel like it's stabbing. Every time I take a deep breath cough it hurts worse. I don't have insurance yet so I've been trying to just tough it out but it hurts so bad I have to hold my right side when I cough
