Hi I've Been Having Chest Pains For A While Now,

Hi I've been having chest pains for a while now, they happen randomly but they dont last very long. They feel sharp and sometimes throb. Once I just had a really bad pain that lasted for a second and I started getting dizzy but it was only once. Also, I recently urinated right now and orange blobs came out too. Okay well thats all thank you!
