Hi I've Been Having Contraction Like Pains On Both Left

Hi I've been having contraction like pains on both left and right sides of under my rib cage to the point it sends pain to the mid of My back. This started last night all of a sudden last night. These pains just came out the blue and following them I started to puke out the blue. I have diarrhea also. Woke up this morning and still exhibiting these symptoms. What could this be?
