Hi, I've Been Having Diarrhea The Entire Day And Was

Hi, I've been having diarrhea the entire day and was prescribed the following:

Loramide 2mg
Fucon 10mg
Medicinal charcoal 500mg
Oral rehydration salts

Ive took 3 dosages so far and things were getting better, but after dinner, I became nauseous and started having diarrhea again. It also hurts in my stomach. My stool is very watery and grey-ish. Please help!
