Hi. I've Been Having Pain And Itching In Upper Right

Hi. I've been having pain and itching in upper right quadrant of abdomen. I got an ultrasound done and everything came back normal. I've had high alkaline phosphatase and bilirubin in the past, but not consitantly. I drink socially and I don't always eat healthy. Should I be worried? Thank you.
