Hi, I've Been Having Pain In My Butt Crack, I

Hi, I've been having pain in my butt crack, I believe my tailbone but not sure, for a few days now. It hurts so bad I can't even sit down. It hurts to even put on jeans! I don't recall any injury to my tailbone before this but I could have done something to it. There's also a purple like at the top of my butt crack and it's extremely painful to the touch at one spot. Not sure if it's a tailbone issue or a cyst.. Really nervous about it.
