Hi, I've Been Having Pain In The Left Side Of

Hi, I've been having pain in the left side of my chest, neck and arms. Sometimes it's feels like my heart is beating fast but I've been to the hospital multiple times and they say nothing is wrong, but I always feel like crap and this constant pain is getting old.
