Hi, I've Been Having Problems With My Lips For The

Hi, I've been having problems with my lips for the past several months. They sometimes tend to burn and when they do they get a red ring outline of my lips. They're also seem discolored, where my lips meet its a lighter color. I put chapstick on daily. I don't know what it is. Lastly, sometimes my lower lip looks like I bit it (having indentions) but I never bit them? Is it because they're dried out? I don't drink soda, only water. Sometimes I drink. No smoke. My face has been very dry lately too.
