Hi I've Been Having Really Sharp Pains Under My Left

Hi I've been having really sharp pains under my left arm pit especially when I breath in its not constant but happens often I did have a heart murmur as a baby (picked up on my 8 week check up) but I was told it had closed by the hospital (think I was 6 months old) i did have a routine viait with my gp and it popped up i needed the flu job due to heart problems i explained all this so he checked and said he could hear a slight murmur I also have a very sore right shoulder especially when I do housework push the pram wrap presents it's starts off as dull ache and turns into a stinging sensation I've suffered with this for well over 10 years and tends to get worse the more I do to the point I want to cry I did have an x ray done about 6 years ago which showed nothing also my elbow hurts and I have a tingling sensation shot down my arm into my fingers which tingle and go numb this often happens when I knock it or catch it and it doesn't have to be on anything hard I can catch it on a pillow and it hurts it was checked years ago by my gp but he didn't give me any clues to what it could be or any treatment
