Hi I've Been Having Spotting About A Week Before My

Hi I've been having spotting about a week before my period for the past couple of months. I've been on birth control (the patch) for about six years now and I've never had a problem with it. (Not sure it this is causing the spotting or not) The spotting lasts for a couple of hours or a day or two then stops, and I still get my regular period each month. The spotting isn't heavy at all, I only see it when I go to the bathroom. Also experiencing slight cramps. Just worried that something may be wrong
