Hi, I've Been Having Stomach Flu Symptoms For The Last

Hi, I've been having stomach flu symptoms for the last 4 days (diarrhea, vomiting, can't hold food or liquids down, stomach pains) but I have a little pain on the left side of my chest and occasionally my left shoulder I just want to know if the chest and shoulder pains are normal. I haven't eaten a solid meal since I developed symptoms.
