Hi, I've Been Having This Doubts And Concerns About My

Hi, I've been having this doubts and concerns about my health and my period also. I assume i have gastritis because i have all the symptoms including nausea bloating stomach pain acid and others, also 4 days ago my period was supposed to come but it hasn't yet. I have insomnia and i dont have a regular sleeping schedule. So i would like to know what might be going on with my body. Thank you
