Hi I've Been Having This Pain Its On My Head

Hi I've been having this pain its on my head but if you run your fingers down the back of your head those small lumps on each side of the head is where it hurts me. It feels like someone is repeatedly hitting me with something in those spots for about 5 minutes straight then it goes away I was wondering what it could be? I have already been diagnosed with having bad migraines does that have anything
to do with this pain?
