Hi I've Been Having This Problem For Several Months Now,

Hi I've been having this problem for several months now, my eye vision keeps going blurry ever so suddenly and I can't see anything and it goes bright . I keep seeing like dots or line though the blurriness fades after a while it happens like once a day.
