Hi, I've Been Having This Random Red Dry Patch For

Hi, I've been having this random red dry patch for a month on my cheek and when I wake up my patch has flakes coming off. I tried using raw coconut oil to see if it would go away, but it hasn't. Random dry patches have been growing on other parts of my face, like my temples and both sides of my lower nose. It worries me because I have no idea what it is and how It can be cured.
