Hi Ive Been Having Weird A Weird Feeling Within Chest

Hi Ive been having weird a weird feeling within chest and sometimes stomach area and it comes and goes at times and ive noticed my mouth being more dryer than usual i went to go get checked up at the doctors but i have to wait a day to find out but i would still like some advice
