Hi I've Been Helping A Family With Food Clothes& An

Hi I've been helping a family with food clothes& an apartment. The mother has no income.The son has ADT her daughter gets a government check also,both in their late twentys.They both blow all their money & never pay rent on time.He plays video games always she moves from one place to another.They always have a bad crowd around.Smoke,drink ect.When I help the mother they move in eat everything live off her steal her clothes she won't run them off.she's fifty years old doesn't drink or smoke.How can I help her I'm a disabled vet on limited income myself ?
