Hi. I've Been Noticing Small Tiny Flies Like Things Coming

Hi. I've been noticing small tiny flies like things coming out of my pee. Like one or two. Sometimes they are dead and sometimes they have some movement. I have sometimes itching at the anal area where stool comes out. I am scared like anything. Please suggest me what do I do.
