Hi. I've Been On A Regular Birth Control Pill For

Hi. I've been on a regular birth control pill for 6 months now. But for this month's new pill pack, i missed one pill (3rd pill) during the first week of the pack. So I took two pills the next day. I had unprotected sex that day so I took ECP 2 days after and continued taking my reg birth control pill. I had bleeding around the expected time of my period but it is slightly lighter than last month's flow. Could i be pregnant?
