Hi, I've Been On My Period For 3 Months. Some

Hi, I've been on my period for 3 months. Some days are light other heavy and clotting. Big clots about 2 inches. Bad cramps. Last ultrasound no fibroids or cyst, loads of folicule, slightly thick endometriosis but was told.normal due to upcoming period.took provera 4 times no results. Still.bleeding. was told pcos was the cause. Can't go on pill due to fatty liver. Could it be as simple as a hormonal imbalance? Stopped contraceptive 2 years ago after 20 years of use.I'm 32
