Hi, Ive Been On The Implant For Over Two Years

Hi, Ive been on the implant for over two years and am due to have it changed in December. Its around the time of my period and i normally have some bleeding but recently I have had quite sore breasts, feeling occassionally nauseous and had normal cramps i would expect from my mentstrual period, can you help?
