Hi... I've been quite stressed recently. I'm 33yrs old female. Today whilst out shopping I had severe stomach cramps. As I sat in the bathroom I wasn't having any bowel movements but I felt very sweaty and hot and felt I was going to pass out. My hearing and eye sight went funny. I had to strip off I was that hot and call someone to get me a cold drink. Do I need to see a Dr ?
